In this dual-capacity role, I led the strategic shift toward high-performance, social-first content while maintaining the brand's premium visual identity. I pioneered the "DIY" content pillar, which became a primary driver for community engagement and audience retention. Managing the end-to-end production pipeline, I was responsible for the execution and delivery of a high volume of assets, directly overseeing every stage from conceptualization to final post-production. This role required seamless stakeholder management, collaborating across Creative Direction, Social Media, and Project Management teams to ensure all deliverables aligned with overarching brand objectives and technical specifications.
